Steve is the Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for the Information Technology application portfolio and infrastructure, and leadership and development of the technical team
Steve is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in medium sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies, most recently as a Senior Consultant for Microsoft. He provides guidance and strategy assistance to all levels in the business community, collaborating with all levels of management. Steve is a firm believer in his success being attributed to the success of his clients.
His in-depth knowledge enables him to develop and execute long-term technology strategies that integrate with our clients’ overall business processes, helping them achieve their business goals. Steve’s focus and commitment to perfecting Data Tech Café’s tools and processes, ensures we provide excellent customer experience and world-class technical support to our clients.
Steve started his career in the financial industry working on a help desk. His talent and potential moved him very quickly through several promotions to infrastructure engineering, working in design and architecture, as well as keeping his skillset in support refined by providing top tier assistance to the organization. He quickly became a “go-to” person when projects needed to be completed with an aggressive timeline and without sacrificing quality. Whether it’s an office with 50 people, or an enterprise with 150,000 Steve puts his focus on a great customer experience and delivering quality solutions.
Steve holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification, as well as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Messaging Administrator. He is also a CIW Professional and CompTIA IT Project certified.
Steve attended Western Governors University, receiving a degree in Information Technology.
